Coasteering in Sesimbra is a thrilling adventure that combines climbing, swimming, hiking and jumping into the crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Located around forty kilometres from Lisbon, the Sesimbra region offers an exceptional natural setting, with spectacular cliffs, sea caves and secret beaches.

What the activity offers:

• Exploring the cliffs:

  • Progress along the rocky coast, climbing and walking on natural formations.

  • Discover wild, unspoilt landscapes.

• Jump into the ocean :

  • Dive from the cliffs into the clear waters, with heights to suit all levels, from a few metres to more impressive jumps.

  • Explore caves and hidden marine areas while swimming in turquoise waters.

• Suitable for beginners and experienced adventurers alike.

• Suitable for participants in good physical condition and comfortable in the water.

What to take with you :

• Take a pair of trainers with you, as you will be going in the water with them.

• Bring a spare pair of shoes after the activity.

• Bring a beach towel

• Leave the hotel with your swimming costume with you.

• Take with you: a rucksack, sun cream, hotel towel, bottle of water, underwear and a change of clothes.

• Bags will remain on the buses, so please do not take anything of value.

• It is essential to be able to swim for this activity.
